This essential tool is a primer for new arrivals in the city as well as a handy reference and reminder full of valuable tips, phone numbers and explainations. Written by regionals for regionals, RRA's Guide to Covering Washingon is available only to members. This "To-Do List" meant to help newcomers get oriented is a small sample of the guide.
